The premise

Most small businesses don't need a website. They need a tool.

The plumbing-supply shop down the street doesn't need a marketing site. They need a way for contractors to check stock, place an order, and pay. The barbershop needs booking, not blog posts. The local league needs a roster manager, not a hero image.

Wix and Squarespace solved the brochure-site problem ten years ago. The next problem is the working web app — and it's still gated behind agencies, freelancers, and three-month timelines.

The bet

An agent fleet that ships.

MMAWA takes a structured intake — what business, what problem, who uses it — and runs it through a fleet of LLM agents that each own one slice: schema, UI, copy, deployment, billing. The output is a working app, deployed to a subdomain, ready for the customer to use that afternoon.

The hard part isn't generation. It's containment — making sure the agents don't drift, that the app fits a known template, and that the customer can edit it without breaking it.

Why this, why me

Procurement teaches you to size templates.

The instinct behind MMAWA comes straight from procurement: don't let every request become a custom build. Standardize the chassis, parameterize the few things that vary, refuse the rest. That's how you ship at $29 instead of $29,000.
