MahadikDigital provides AI-powered website generation and deployment services for small businesses. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment

• Payment is required before website generation begins.
• Prices are shown in USD and include all compute costs.
• All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if no website has been generated.
• Chargebacks will result in account suspension.

3. AI-Generated Content

• Website content is generated by AI based on your survey answers. Review all content before publishing.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided in the survey.
• We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or business outcomes from your generated website.
• AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors — you can request corrections via support.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon payment, you own the generated website content and code. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display your business name and site URL in our portfolio unless you opt out by emailing [email protected].

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our service to generate websites for:

• Illegal activities or products
• Spam, phishing, or fraud
• Adult content without explicit age verification
• Competing AI website generation platforms

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation may be temporarily unavailable during high demand. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
